1. According to Average or minum lux demands on floor to choose the right watt product
2. Depends on project drawing to make a Dialux simulation to confirm the beam angle and light installation layout
3. Choose the right CCT(3000/4000/5000 or 5700K) for different application place.
4. Confirm the most suitable install method. (pendant mounting, direct mounting or suspended mounting available)

How to achieve intelligent dimming function ?
Our led driver use Mean Well HLG type or Inventronics smart could support all kinds of dimmer:
0-10VDC, Resistance, PWM, Time dimming or DALI 
You just need to connect a dimmer to achieve this function.

How to achieve motion sense function? 
We could build in a smart motion sensor to ahieve this function such as:
